Can I change the shipping address of my order?
You can have the shipping address changed till the order has not been shipped from our end. Please drop us an email for further help regarding this at help@greecart.in
How long should my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 working hours before shipping.
Orders are estimated to arrive within 3-6 business days across all pin codes covered with our delivery partner. If for some reason your pin code isn’t serviceable via our primary logistics partner we will do everything in our power to make sure the order gets to you one way or another. All we ask is you be patient while your order arrive at your doorstep.
What is the cancellation policy at Greecart?
If the order has not been dispatched, it can be cancelled and a refund would be processed for the same. An order once dispatched cannot be cancelled. If you do not wish to accept the order, you can reject it at the time of delivery.
My tracking is showing as delivered but i have not received the parcel. What should i do?
Please contact your local carrier to see if a parcel has been left for you.
If you have not been able to locate the parcel, please submit a request at help@greecart.in so we can investigate further.
How and when would I get a refund for a cancelled order?
If the order has been cancelled before shipping, the refund is processed within 1 day and the amount is reimbursed to the payment source. Your bank might take 5-7 days to credit the amount to your account
If the order is rejected at delivery, we wait for the items to reach back to us and process the refund immediately after receiving the items. Your bank might take 5-7 days to credit the amount to your account.

What is your return policy?

How do I return items from my order?
You can simply drop a mail . Our Customer Service team will help resolve your queries
For returns, how much time will the courier company take to pick up the parcel?
Once the return process has been formally initiated, the courier company will typically take 3-4 days to collect the parcel.
How much time will it take for the returned product to reach back the workshop?
Once the product has been picked up by the courier company, it typically takes another 6 – 7 days for the product to reach our workshop.
Is there any delivery charge?
No – there is no additional delivery charge – it is Free. It is also mentioned on each product page.
Let me know about the Replacement process?
Hi – when the return for your order will be initiated. We inform you through mail. Then the executive from the courier company will come to your registered address to pick up the package within the next 3 – 4 days. You need to make sure that you pack the product properly with all the tags intact. Once it reaches our workshop your replacement product will be dispatched and same will be shared to you via email or SMS

What form of payments do you accept?
We collect online Payments via Razorpay & also provide the option of COD (Cash on Delivery)
Through Razorpay, you can pay via UPI, NetBanking, Credit/Debit Card, Wallets and more.
